Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PEGY Daily (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, waitlist subscribers, and paying customers.

2. Nature of the Service — Publisher, Not Advisor

PEGY Daily is a financial information publisher. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We operate under the publisher's exclusion to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, similar to financial newsletters, publications, and online financial media services.

All content published by PEGY Daily — including PEGY ratio scores, signal classifications (Strong Buy, Buy, Hold, Avoid), and email digests — constitutes general financial information and education only. It is not personalized investment advice tailored to your individual financial situation.

PEGY Daily signals are published identically to all subscribers and do not constitute personalized investment advice. Nothing on this service should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. All investing involves risk, including the risk of loss of principal. The PEGY ratio is one analytical tool among many; it does not account for all factors relevant to investment decisions. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. Data Accuracy

PEGY Daily sources fundamental data from third-party providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that PEGY scores, growth estimates, dividend yields, or prices are free from errors. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. You should independently verify any data before making investment decisions.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Founding member pricing is locked for the life of your subscription as long as your subscription remains active without lapsing.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal. Contact support@janovaai.com.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers. Existing subscribers are not affected until renewal unless notified otherwise.

6. Free Tier and Waitlist

The free waitlist tier provides access to delayed signals (48 hours after paid subscribers). Free tier access is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued. Waitlist spots do not guarantee access to a specific launch date or feature set.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or republish PEGY signals or data without written permission
  • Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from the Service
  • Share account credentials with other individuals
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable securities laws

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on PEGY Daily are owned by JanovaAI or licensed to us. The PEGY ratio formula was introduced by Peter Lynch and is in the public domain. Our application of the formula, scoring methodology, and platform design are proprietary. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JANOVAAI AND PEGY DAILY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JanovaAI, its officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, outstanding subscription periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
