  • Email: To send you PEGY signals, product updates, and occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • Analytics: To understand how people use the site so we can improve it. Data is aggregated and not tied to individuals.
  • Billing: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by a third-party processor (Stripe). We do not store your card details.

3. Email Communications

By joining the waitlist or subscribing, you consent to receive email communications from PEGY Daily. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Email service providers (Resend) to deliver your signals and notifications
  • Payment processors (Stripe) if you subscribe to a paid plan
  • Infrastructure providers (Railway) that host and operate our platform

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on our waitlist or subscriber list. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@janovaai.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
