1. What We Collect
When you join the PEGY Daily waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address. When you use the site, we may collect standard web analytics data (page views, referral source, browser type) through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not collect your name, physical address, phone number, or payment information unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Email: To send you PEGY signals, product updates, and occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Analytics: To understand how people use the site so we can improve it. Data is aggregated and not tied to individuals.
- Billing: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by a third-party processor (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
3. Email Communications
By joining the waitlist or subscribing, you consent to receive email communications from PEGY Daily. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
4. Data Sharing & Subprocessors
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following subprocessors required to operate the service:

Data is shared with these providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the service, and each subprocessor is contractually bound to process data only on our behalf.
As required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain on our waitlist or subscriber list. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@janovaai.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
6. Cookies
PEGY Daily uses minimal cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some functionality may be affected.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@janovaai.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, encrypted data storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach that poses material risk.
9. Children
PEGY Daily is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
